Synzi's Click to Call and Click to Assessment features were designed to allow the patient to use Synzi without having to download the Synzi Care Connect application to their device.
We're able to achieve this by sending a unique link to the patients device, which then initiates a video call or an assigned assessment in the patient's browser. To turn Synzi's Click to Call and Click to Assessment features on for your enterprise, simply ask your Synzi account manager to toggle the feature on in your environment.
