Your organization's Synzi admin has access to manage your team's "Do Not Contact" list via our enterprise administration tool:
1. Log into Synzi's Enterprise Admin console
2. In the bottom left-hand corner, select "Do Not Contact --> Users"
3. At the top of the screen, search for your patient by email address or SMS phone number
4. Select the "delete" icon on the far right-hand side of the screen (across from their name) to remove the patient from the "Do Not Contact" List.
Note: Moving forward your patient will again be able to receive email and/or SMS text messages through Synzi.
